Terms and conditions

01Who sells and what is sold

These terms apply to what is sold by soykoru (the KORU Live brand), an individual domiciled in Colombia (hereinafter “I” or “soykoru”) on soykoru.stream:

• KORU Live: a Windows program that connects your TikTok LIVE to your games. It has a Free plan that never expires and a Pro plan paid monthly.
• Roblox maps for KORU Live: each map set up in KORU Live (its rules, powers, images and profile). Since October 12, 2026 they all come included in Pro while it's active, and they're no longer sold separately. KORU connects to the game over the internet with your connection code.
• Each map's images: you save them from KORU Live to use on your LIVEs.
• The Roblox games are free and public: I don't sell anything inside Roblox or access to its experiences.
• The Tinta map comes free with KORU Live, including on the free plan.

02It's a beta product

KORU Live and the maps are updated often. Bugs may appear, features may change, or an update may be needed to keep things working. I use artificial intelligence tools in its development, and I review and test everything myself. I commit to fixing the bugs that depend on me as soon as possible and to compensating you as described in the Guarantee.

03Your license and your access

• A KORU Live Pro license works on one computer at a time. If you switch computers, you release the old one from your account and activate the new one.
• The maps are unlocked in the KORU Live of the email you paid for Pro with. If you bought a map separately before October 12, 2026, you keep it until it expires.
• What you buy is for you: you may not resell, lend or share your license, your maps or their files.
• The maps' images and files are for use on your LIVEs. Don't publish or distribute them as if they were yours.
• To use KORU Live and buy, you must be at least 18 years old, the age TikTok requires to go LIVE.
• You can delete your account whenever you want from My account. Deleting it cancels auto-renewal and you lose your license and what you bought, with no refund for the remaining time (if you want a refund, ask for it first, as the Guarantee explains).

04Prices and payments

• The price is the one the store shows when you pay. KORU Live Pro, which includes the maps, is paid with Paddle (card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in US dollars) or with Wompi (Colombian pesos, at the day's rate).
• When you pay through Paddle, our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, the reseller of KORU Live and the Merchant of Record for that purchase: it charges you, sends you the invoice, applies your country's taxes and handles billing and refund inquiries for that payment.
• With Paddle it's a monthly subscription. It's charged automatically every month, on the same day you bought and for the same amount, until you cancel it. You cancel anytime from My account: you won't be charged again and you keep what you paid for until the end of that month. Canceling doesn't refund the current month, except as stated in the Guarantee.
• Pro free trial: 7 days, only once per person (it doesn't apply if you already paid for KORU Live before) and only with card or PayPal (Paddle). Starting it costs nothing; on day 7 monthly Pro is charged at the price you saw when you started it and from then on it renews by itself every month. You can see the exact charge date in My account, and Paddle usually emails you before it ends. If you cancel it before from My account, you're not charged anything and you keep Pro until the trial ends. It can't be combined with discount codes.
• With Wompi it's a one-time payment for 30 days: it doesn't renew on its own. If you pay again before it expires, the days are added.
• A price change applies to new subscriptions. If the price of your subscription ever changes, I'll let you know before the charge and you can cancel it at no cost.
• Discount codes are valid under each code's conditions (dates, uses and products). Unless the code says otherwise, it can be used once per email, can't be combined with others and, on a subscription, only discounts the first charge.
• Affiliate codes belong to people who recommend KORU Live: if you buy Pro with one, you get what that code offers (extra days, a discount on your first payment, or both), and the shop shows it to you before you pay. They only work on your first Pro purchase, can't be combined with other codes or the free trial, and whoever gave you the code earns a commission at no extra cost to you. The rules for affiliates are in the affiliate program.
• Free-day codes give you days of Pro without asking for a card and without charging anything: when they end, KORU Live goes back to the free plan on its own. They're for people who have never had Pro (neither paid for it nor did the free trial), only one can be used per person and per internet connection (even if they're different codes), and whoever uses one can no longer do the 7-day free trial afterwards. Each code has its own spots and dates, and it ends when the spots fill up. They're personal, have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and I may cancel days obtained by cheating (for example, with several accounts).
• I don't see or store your card or bank account details: the payment provider handles them.

05Immediate access and right of withdrawal

When you buy, you indicate that you want access to start as soon as the payment is confirmed. Because the service starts with your agreement, once it is activated the 5-business-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, article 47, paragraph 1). If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, for the same reason the 14-day right of withdrawal ends: by paying you expressly agree that access starts right away and that you thereby lose that right.

That doesn't leave you unprotected: if something doesn't work, you're covered by the working guarantee and, in case of fraud, a charge you didn't make, something you didn't receive or something that doesn't match what you bought, you also have the right to a payment reversal (article 51). If that happens, write to me first and we'll sort it out right away.

06Third-party services

KORU Live and the maps work alongside services that aren't mine: TikTok, Roblox, the games you connect, Paddle, PayPal, Wompi, Google, Spotify and the artificial intelligence providers you choose. I'm not affiliated with them and they don't endorse me, and their trademarks belong to their owners. In particular, KORU Live is not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance, or by the games or studios it works with (such as Minecraft, Mojang and Microsoft, Roblox, Terraria and Re-Logic, or Valheim and Iron Gate). Their names, logos and images, including those of TikTok gifts, are used only to identify them.

If one of them changes something and KORU stops working with it, I adapt it as soon as possible and compensate you as described in the Guarantee. You must also follow those services' rules (for example, TikTok LIVE's and Roblox's).

07Acceptable use

• Don't use KORU to cheat against other players in online matches, or for anything illegal, hateful or that breaks TikTok's or Roblox's rules.
• You decide the rules, the voice texts, the commands and what's shown on your LIVE, and you're responsible for them.
• Don't try to bypass the license, copy the program to resell it or attack the servers.
• Reviews must be yours and about your real experience with KORU. I only hide the ones with spam, insults, links or personal data, never a review for being negative. If I reply, my reply shows under yours.

08Artificial intelligence

• KORU Live's AI features use the provider you connect with your own key (Groq, Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic). By using them you accept that provider's terms and usage policies, and you are responsible for your key and for what you ask it.
• The AI only replies to your audience when someone calls it with the !ia command, which makes it clear that an artificial intelligence is answering. Don't pass the AI off as a person.
• AI can make mistakes or say inaccurate things. Don't use it to give medical, legal or financial advice, or to imitate real people without their permission. You decide what is shown or read out on your LIVE.

09Suspension of access

I may suspend or cancel a license or access in case of fraud, resale, use contrary to these terms or an open chargeback while it's being resolved. I'll let you know by email and explain why. If it was my mistake, I'll fix it and compensate you for the days.

10Intellectual property

The program, the maps, their designs and their files are mine or used with permission. Buying gives you the right to use them as these terms describe, not to own them. Third-party trademarks and names belong to their owners.

11Liability

I'm responsible for what I sell working as described, with the guarantee and compensations on this site. I'm not responsible for things outside my control: problems with your computer or internet, changes or blocks by TikTok, Roblox or the games on your account, or what you earn or don't earn on your LIVEs.

None of this limits the rights you have under Colombian law and your country's consumer protection law: if any part of these terms conflicted with the law, the law applies.

12Your data

How I use your data is explained in the privacy policy. KORU Live sends error reports and usage statistics (without your name, your email or your audience's data) so I can improve it; both can be turned off in its settings. You can download your data or delete your account from My account.

13Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, I update the date above. Changes apply to new purchases; what you already bought stays under the terms from when you paid.

14Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If you have a complaint, write to me first at soykoru07@gmail.com and I'll reply within 5 business days at most. You can also go to Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC). If you live in another country, you keep the rights its consumer protection law gives you and you can go to its authority.
