Your affiliate code

Each commission waits 30 days in case of a refund; then it's approved. Koru pays approved balances of US$20 or more once a month. You never see who bought here: only the numbers.

When you promote it
You must say that you earn something for recommending KORU Live: in Colombia the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio requires it (for example with #publicidad, or #ad in English), and on TikTok turn on “Branded content” when posting. You can use this text:

Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
Under “Auto-renewal”, tap Cancel renewal. You won't be charged again and you keep everything until the end of the month you already paid for. If you change your mind before that date, tap Keep renewing and you're set.
When am I charged?
If you paid by card or PayPal, every month on the same day you bought, for the same amount. Paddle (which processes the payment) emails you the receipt. With Wompi (PSE, Nequi or card in pesos) the payment covers 30 days and doesn't renew on its own.
How do I change my card?
Under “Auto-renewal”, tap Change card. Paddle's secure page opens so you can enter the new one; we never see your card details.
How do I request a refund?
If KORU Live doesn't work for you within the first 7 days after a payment, tap Request a refund under “Your purchases” and tell us what's going on. We'll go through it with you and reply right here. The conditions are in Guarantee and refunds.
I switched computers or reformatted
Under “Your computer”, tap Release my computer, then open KORU Live on the new one and sign in with this same account. You can do this once a week.
How do I delete my account or download my data?
Below, under “Your data”. “Download my data” gives you a file with everything we keep about your account. “Delete my account” deletes it for good; for your security it asks you to type the word and to have signed in with Google recently.
